Our Happiness Depends on Ourselves.

It is often said that our sense of contentment and well-being is shaped largely by our own choices and outlook. While external circumstances may influence our mood, true happiness is cultivated from within by nurturing a positive mindset and embracing gratitude in our daily lives. With the amount of unsettledeness that has now become a part of our daily lives many people must be find it very hard to practice a positive mindset. That’s where experiencing a positive environment can be of help. Lets face it we just don’t have the focus at times or the energy to “be positive”, to have a good day or find the mental energy to nurture higher thoughts.

There is a whole world out there that offers up some positive energy when we allow ourselves to indulge in this. Taking that walk along the beach, having a weekend away taking a break from the responsibilities of ourselves by indulging in something that rewards us, physicaly, mentally, spiritually. We all have our own interests and qualities and do we pay enough attention to those?

During such times, surrounding ourselves with supportive people, uplifting music, or even spending moments in nature can provide the reset we need. Small shifts in our environment or routine can make it easier to reconnect with a sense of hope and possibility, helping us gradually rebuild our resilience and optimism. These times also alighn us to other aspects of ourselves that support our higher good. This being a time of major reset, it’s essential to keep resetting our minds and bodies and spirits to alighn with the shifting states of coinsciousness we are all a part of. There is a wealth of information and content out there that is easily accessible and daily we should make this available to ourselves. It is advisable to incorporate regular resets into our daily routine, potentially multiple times a day.  Our days can be very diverse and vibration changes through the day can be constant. Prioritizing self care through the day can provide a fresh perspective, this reinforces our ability to use the power of life benificialy.

Sometimes, these resets can be as simple as pausing to take a few deep breaths, stepping outside for a few minutes of fresh air, or setting aside time to reflect on what truly brings us joy. By intentionally creating moments to recharge, we empower ourselves to handle stress more effectively and remain grounded amid life's uncertainties. Over time, these small acts of self-care can accumulate, fostering a more enduring sense of happiness and well-being. And we all certainly need more of that. When we practice self care, we are establishing an energy that not only supports ourselves but everyone else as well, and everything.

It is frequently noted that this is a time for reflection. Well quite frankly Ive done enough reflecting to last me several lifetimes. I like to think now that this is a time of action.

Time to take action and take the power of life and USE IT!

Instead of endlessly analysing our feelings or circumstances, we might benefit more from taking tangible steps towards creating the life we wish to experience. This could mean setting small, achievable goals, reaching out to others for connection, or simply making a conscious choice to start the day with a positive intention. Action, no matter how modest, often propels us forward and generates momentum that can shift our entire outlook.

Our way of evolving ourselves spiritually is changing. In the past people seemed more interested in the proof of the afterlife and contacting the dearly departed. Now we are of a greater understanding that it is all about our access to life and how we can motivate our many states of consciousness to work for us .We have more intelligient and sophisticated minds that can push us farther into the the many layers of self development. Some people refuse or are unable to see past old beliefs consequently staying in the room that offers slim pickings.

Taking action also involves acknowledging that progress is not always linear. There will be days when setbacks occur or when motivation wanes, but each small effort still contributes to our overall growth. By celebrating even the tiniest victories, we reinforce positive behaviors and slowly build a more resilient mindset.

By opening our minds to new perspectives and being willing to challenge outdated patterns, we create space for growth and transformation. Embracing change, even when it feels uncomfortable, can lead to profound discoveries about ourselves and the world around us. Ultimately, our willingness to evolve and adapt is key to unlocking deeper levels of fulfillment and purpose.

Furthermore, it's important to recognize that self-compassion plays a crucial role in this journey. Allowing ourselves grace when things don't go as planned, and forgiving our own mistakes, helps us maintain a balanced perspective and encourages continued growth. By accepting imperfections and showing kindness to ourselves, we create a foundation for lasting happiness and inner peace. After all, we have set ourself on a path of development and we must at times be brutally honest with ourselves if we are to make the changes. Honesty does not mean we must be judgemental of ourselves. We must be good observers objectively and then take the appropriate actions to live the positive changes

It’s important to recognize that this process doesn’t require perfection—what truly matters is our commitment to keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow. Every effort, no matter how small, contributes to a larger shift in our well-being. As we continue to choose growth and positivity, we not only enhance our own lives but also inspire those around us to do the same.

The world is full, it seems to be bursting at the seams with conflicting ideas and actions, emotions and reactions.

By remaining present and attentive to our own needs, we can better navigate the complexities of change and growth. Consistently checking in with ourselves throughout the day allows us to adjust our actions and mindset, ensuring that our journey remains intentional and meaningful. The act of self-observation, paired with compassionate action, fosters a deeper connection to our authentic selves and strengthens our ability to thrive in any circumstance.
