Measuring your wellbeing seems to be a notoriously tricky business these days as we all have the challenge of living in a time where conflict is the constant. There is a greater need to identify our nurturing qualities so that we can approach conflict from a quality-based energy. If we exercise consistently our Mind, Body, Spirit we can mitigate the unfavourable effects that conflict has on our wellbeing.
The stories we tell ourselves create ways of functioning positively or conversely dis-functioning. This gives contrary interaction to the “improving the quality of our lives”.
We are building a new world, we are building more advanced ways of thinking, functioning and interacting. There exists an abundance of accessible energy, often referred to as Source, God, or Higher Consciousness. And yet what price are people paying when really there is no cost. We seem to put a price on what we can access through our opposition to our inner energy. It’s not that we want to oppose but there is rooted within human nature that one must pay a price for our evolution, our enlightened, our happiness.
ITS TIME TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF THE INFINITE SUPPLY OF ENERGY
Despite the posturing’s and diatribes of world leaders more people are positioning themselves in harmony thus accelerating the delivery of this free energy. This is our moment to grow and succeed in life. Our internal competition fosters positive innovation. The competitors being facets of self all on the same team. Each facet being a productive component cheering on all other components to produce maximum results.
THIS IS A SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE
We are transforming life and in doing so highlighting our need to experience ourselves as HOME. Now we are returning the power to home.
WE ARE ALL THE SOLUTION
Outside energy is informing us that it is the solution, creating tactics that divert us away from our inside energy. We flourish when we live from our inside energy, feeling good, always functioning in harmony with all that is natural.
LOOK AT YOUR LIFE NOW AND ASK YOURSELF WHAT IS HINDERING YOU FROM TRULY FLOURISHING?
There is no single answer, and often our obstacles are surprisingly simple.
WE HINDER OURSELVES BY THE WAY WE COMPLICATE OUR NARRITIVE
This is a time that should be inspiring us all to engage in regenerating our relationship with the free energy of source.
Change the way that as a human you are relating to this world. Unnatural ways of relating have sent us into an unnatural existence the impact of which we are all involved in now. There are times when it appears that the actions of a small number of individuals can significantly influence the circumstances affecting us all. This can be very individual, this can be global, we are all affected and effecting. This generates fear, internal conflict, and global discord.
THIS DISTURBS OUR WELLBEING
There are many who are strong believers in the inner energy who are seriously questioning what they believe. Many have put much faith in guides, teachers, the universe, extending a hand, a plea, a need and at times they have been met by a silence that confuses and disappoints. It is all out there but all out there is accessed by being in here. I have been there myself tossing out all the questions and needs if only to be met by a frustrating blank, I persevered and found that it was about me all the time. When that occurred, I realized everything I wanted was always there. It's quiet, subtle, and natural. I realized I was the cause of the disturbance when I hit the blanks.
It is an important realization when an individual recognizes and accepts that responsibility ultimately rests with oneself.
So easy, so hard, and at times a pain. Once you realize it, you must laugh—our distractions and games just bring us back to ourselves.
So, we go back to all this free energy. We've returned to that moment, with many sources repeatedly telling us it's available to everyone.
Be kind to yourself, be kind to each other. Don’t pay for what’s freely available.
