THE POWER OF THE PRESENT

As we now head towards the end of an extraordinary year it is a good time to consider the power of our position. It is very easy to focus on only the challenging times of this year and not see how much one has evolved. All of life’s experiences will always change us, take us to new ways of thinking and feeling, and being if we allow this. With this we have to establish new essential ingredients that are in alignment with our evolution. It seems that we are thrust into the uncertainty of the now as opposed to the power of the now. By focusing on the present, we can identify the unique ingredients essential to each of us.  Identifying these gives us a new perspective of what we can make possible.

TODAY WHAT CAN I MAKE POSSIBLE

Take a moment to reflect on what is truly within your reach right now. Instead of dwelling on what has passed or worrying about what is yet to come, consider the opportunities, relationships, and aspirations that are available to you today. By embracing the present, you empower yourself to act with purpose and intention, shaping your journey in ways that are meaningful to you. After all isn’t everything we are involved in intended to advance our position in all ways. This takes attention of course and I believe it’s easier than what some would think. We all have a structure to our day and in an aware state we can practice being conscious of the power of that state. We inform our human nature how you will be using your power for that day. It’s not so much about setting an intention but establishing a certainty and being specific in where and how you direct you power.

I’ve got a picture in my mind of a great river flowing with great power and force, and in the river are masses of people caught up in the river, allowing themselves to be swept wherever it may take them with no consideration for the consequences and no way of navigating where they want to go. And then I see masses of people on the riverbank walking at a pace that feels natural to them. They are carefully observing the flow of the river and when they know it’s appropriate they will use the river in the ways that best suit them. They will always be in control and will navigate themselves carefully.

CONSCIOUS NAVIGATION IS AN ESSENTIAL KEY

2025 has been a year where there have been a lot of distractions that haven’t been particularly positive. A quiet energy revolt has been occurring over the last two decades and now it is not so quiet.

Conscious navigation involves taking responsibility for our choices and actions, rather than simply reacting to the circumstances around us. It asks us to pause, take stock, and move forward with clarity and confidence. In doing so, we become architects of our own experience, choosing direction over drift and purpose over passivity.

The taking responsibility is one of those essential ingredients I was speaking of earlier.

Ther year that we have all lived is still an intimate and personal relationship with have with life. Each day we export energy that is harnessed and added to all other energy that comes from everyone else. We draw form this both collectively and personally.

When we recognize our ability to choose, we reclaim a sense of agency in our daily lives. This means acknowledging both our strengths and limitations, and using that awareness to guide thoughtful decisions. By consciously navigating each moment, we create opportunities for growth and fulfillment that might otherwise be missed.

What have we all gathered through this year that is a good foundation for the year to come? I feel that there is much more awareness amongst people. It’s been enlightening to see the people I deal with in my work forge ahead and make more productive choices and really use the power of life. The sense of its happening because of us is more obvious and there is a greater observation of the many possible choices that we can make in our life. We are evolving and its important to acknowledge that we have covered and gained some good ground.

ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR GAINS NOT YOUR PAINS

Reflecting on our progress allows us to build momentum for the future. By focusing on what we have accomplished, no matter how small, we reinforce a sense of capability and self-worth. This shift in perspective encourages us to move forward with optimism and resilience, ready to meet new challenges with the wisdom gained from past experience. Too often, our focus drifts toward shortcomings or moments of struggle, overshadowing the progress we have made. Yet, growth is built upon each step forward, no matter how small. By celebrating our achievements, we nurture resilience and self-confidence, reinforcing our capacity to shape the future with intention and hope. Let this practice of acknowledgment become a cornerstone for continued success, reminding us that every positive change is worth recognizing and valuing.

Another essential ingredient is the people we meet. This year I have had the great honor and pleasure to meet up with so many extraordinary people who are really walking the talk and making a difference because of this. I remind myself that we seek for ourselves in the people in our lives and we offer up opportunities to know ourselves better because of this. We are our greatest assets and as we forge relationships, we establish new formulas to aid our progress. As we move forward, it’s essential to integrate these reflections into our everyday routines. Taking time to regularly assess what we’ve learned and how we’ve grown helps us remain grounded and intentional. This ongoing self-awareness acts as a compass, guiding us toward the goals and values that matter most.

There is an integration of energy that is always occurring. Because we are getting more conscious of the importance of paying attention to how we are exporting our own energy we are raising awareness, creating a positive and powerful vibration that activates well-being through all life. By making space for gratitude and mindfulness, we can further enhance our conscious navigation. These mindful actions help anchor us in the present, making it easier to recognize the progress we’ve made and the possibilities that lie ahead.

CONSIDER OFTEN WHAT YOU WISH TO MAKE POSSIBLE

Don’t think or say that you can’t wait for the year to be over, instead look back with the awareness that you have gained through this year and in your own personal ways show gratitude for who you are, the qualities that make you who you are. Make sure at the years end you empty yourself Mind, Body, Spirit and the energy of 2025. Start 2026 with a positive blank.

By regularly contemplating your aspirations, you create a clear vision for your future and empower yourself to take purposeful steps towards those goals. This practice not only fuels motivation but also expands your sense of what is achievable, encouraging you to break through perceived limitations. In giving thoughtful attention to what you desire to create, you foster an atmosphere of possibility that continuously inspires meaningful progress. And its progress that we are making!
