Think Greater Than You Feel.
The advancement we are all experiencing at this junction in our personal and collective history is exposing some versions of ourselves to feeling more than ever before. Certain emotions prompt us to address internal spaces, allowing us to reorganize them and break free from unhelpful patterns that negatively impact our physical and mental health. When we think greater than the issue, we use our higher perspective to prompt ourselves into making the relevant observations so we can make the natural changes.
This challenges our perceptions to embrace a mindset that goes beyond emotions. Think of the impact that this will have on all areas of your life. Too often we confine ourselves to outcomes that have come through our emotions before we give the greater parts of us a voice. We may become locked into these outcomes therefore denying ourselves of more productive ways of engaging in life’s energy. We also “get used” to always thinking in the same way, feeling in the same way and creating a reliance on the security of what we have always known, If our feelings are counterproductive and our thoughts reflect the same energy the thought will continue in that way creating a feeling that supports the situation always taking us to the same place, the same feeling, the same outcome.
This process of change requires conscious effort and a willingness to acknowledge that there is always a thought greater that can knock you off the old course and establish you on a more productive one. If one can consciously step outside habitual patterns you can be a more prudent observer of your feelings and what they bring up. We can then see what actions we may need to take supporting positive lasting changes.
As human beings we are surrounded by experiences, our thoughts and events of our life and those of other. They are circling always, all of which has been positioned by our own vibrations and fed by our thoughts and attentions.
In practical terms, this means becoming more aware of the stories that surround us and in our awareness be conscious of what the impact these stories are having on our lives.
It is easy to change your external circumstances giving temporary relief to you if only to find yourself slipping back into the same patterns that you wanted to change. Complete change starts with having great and powerful thoughts about yourself and being consistent with these thoughts. At times you may find that you have affirmed and empowered and changed if only to find yourself up against an aspect of yourself that hesitates or resists. This is a part of your past self that you use as an excuse to prevent yourself from progressing. One does not have to dwell in the past to change but to encourage a greater thought in the present and rearrange your story.
By actively choosing which narratives we give our attention to, we can begin to shape our reality in more empowering ways. This mindful approach enables us to filter out those stories that no longer serve us, making space for new perspectives and experiences that align with our growth. Ultimately, it is this awareness that allows us to create a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
Over the decades of my work, I have often come across individuals who have the most extraordinary qualities and have created great success, eventually. It has often perplexed them that with all their abilities and beliefs they find that they are able to take themselves so far and then hit a roadblock. And the roadblock is always a story that has come from the past, a doubt a fear, an anxiety that eventually they overcome. They often remark what am I doing that creates this roadblock? They are doing nothing, they are simply living out patterns that have affected them in the past and so when it comes to moving forward up comes that pattern.
As you have all seen patterns can change, and circumstances rearranged.
However, it is crucial to recognise that meaningful transformation seldom occurs overnight. True and lasting change is often the result of small, conscious adjustments consistently applied over time. By patiently observing our thoughts and reactions, and gently redirecting them, when necessary, we build the resilience needed to move beyond old narratives and step into greater possibilities.
A greater thought is simply a thought away.
Remember that setbacks and moments of doubt are a natural part of the process. Engaging in thinking greater offers up a different perspective, allowing you to have mastery over those feelings that are counterproductive.
HAPPY THINKING GREATER THOUGHTS!!
