A Life Is A Very Personal Experience
Recently in a conversation with a friend we both commented on how this seems to be a time of aloneness. Life is a personal journey, and at times we must stand alone to ensure our actions reflect our own choices rather than outside influences.
This period encourages us to reflect inwardly, embracing our individuality and discovering what truly matters to us. While solitude can feel daunting, it also offers a powerful opportunity to grow, learn, and connect more deeply with our own values and aspirations.
This seems to a period of solitude—what truly matters to you?
I’ve never felt such an energy of suspension as I have over these last few months. And despite the ongoing day to day experiences there is this all-prevailing feeling of something more that is simultaneously happening. The need to pull back and keep things simple in human terms feels a natural thing to do. It’s a positive withdraw that allows us to evaluate our actions and the roles that we are currently playing out. We suspended our awareness when we started to deny ourselves as light beings directing the human being. This action bound us to our human bodies consequently limiting our access to the power of awareness. We forgot who we were and became prisoners in human nature.
Our awareness is becoming evident.
Amid this sense of suspension, it becomes essential to recognize that our true essence transcends the limitations of routine and societal expectations. By consciously reconnecting with our inner wisdom, we can begin to reclaim the freedom and clarity that often eludes us in times of uncertainty. This process not only nurtures our sense of purpose but also empowers us to live more authentically, guided by the light within.
AWARNESS IS A TRUTH THAT DISOLVES THE BINDINGS
Awareness also highlights the obstacles we believe get in the way. They are only in the way if we see them as something that needs to be removed. When we highlight the obstacles from a place of light we realize the obstacles ARE THE WAY.
A key point to make here is We Must Be Observers.
By adopting an attitude of awareness, we can identify the various aspects of ourselves in which we are engaged. If there are versions that are counterproductive the aware part would find a place of peace and simply state, which version of myself is doing this? By asking this you are observing from your position of awareness and changing your vibration to no longer include yourself in the old matrix. One can apply this to states of fear, anxiety, worry, doubts, health issues, finances. The list is endless.
ONE DOES NOT PUT POSITIVE ENERGY ONTO THE COUNTERPRODUCTIVE ENERGY IN THE HOPE OF POSITIVE CHANGE, ONE CHANGES ONES VIBRATION TO NOT BE A PART OF THE MATRIX THAT IS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE
This means stepping back from habitual reactions and making a conscious choice to view our experiences with compassion and curiosity. Instead of resisting or battling with perceived difficulties, we can allow ourselves to witness them as part of our journey, each offering a lesson or insight that might otherwise remain hidden. In doing so, we cultivate a deeper sense of acceptance and presence, which gently dissolves the old patterns that no longer serve us.
This of course is a discipline to perfect. Our society expects quick results with minimal effort. That’s building life without any solid foundation. No wonder our lives, relationships etc break down as they are often based on a temporary foundation. This way of living has been a way of supporting many industries that produce goods that align to our throw away society. Our mass-produced lifestyle reflects constant consumer demand, but it doesn't guarantee quality or durability. I’ve done it myself many times in my life where I have purchased something that I didn’t need and was on sale but bought it with anyway thinking I purchased this cheaply so if I don’t want it or wear it then I can just chuck it out.
By embracing the role of the observer, we open ourselves up to a profound shift in perspective. Instead of being swept along by automatic responses or old habits, we gain the space to notice our thoughts and feelings as they arise, without judgement. This mindful approach not only fosters greater self-understanding but also paves the way for genuine transformation, allowing us to consciously choose responses that align with our highest intentions. This also makes us more conscious of our choices and reminds us the importance making good ones.
Since this is a time of profound awareness the spotlight is falling on us all. For those who have turned the light onto themselves some time ago you are walking with that light always having the paths defined. There is no need for the dark night of the soul or any experiences that take us away from our own illumination. If you have the power, it’s to be used, if you have the leadership, lead, if you are insightful, a healer, an inspiration live it, breath it, Be the vibration of it!
Don’t make your life an obstacle course
In practical terms, cultivating this observational stance means pausing before reacting, giving ourselves permission to breathe and consider what is truly happening within. Over time, this practice enhances our ability to respond thoughtfully rather than impulsively, creating a more harmonious relationship with both ourselves and the world around us. Through patience and gentle self-inquiry, we gradually build the resilience needed to navigate life’s uncertainties with grace, turning every challenge into an opportunity for growth.
Now is the moment to take responsibility and refrain from endorsing influences that contribute to disorder. You don't need to fix or avoid chaos, nor force positivity; instead, shift your perspective and rise above it.
We don’t not have adapt live to chaos. That’s a huge mistake people are making. This simply imprisons you. You can make pretty pictures and cover the walls of the Chaos to so you can live with it. Why bother, why not simply change your vibration and live without it.
It is important to recognize that this process is not about denying or suppressing our emotions, but rather about observing them with honesty and compassion. By witnessing our inner landscape without attachment or aversion, we create the space for real healing to occur. This gentle awareness gradually reveals the patterns that have shaped our reality, empowering us to make conscious shifts and elevate our experience.
We don’t transform chaos; we rise above it and live in a world where it doesn’t rule.
